I’m low on that list,   just a fellow brownstoner, but i could use it for a while…  in the middle of renovations. I’d pass it along/pay it forward in a couple of months – so i’m more of a borrower 🙂   My non-miter chop saw has be fighting to find creative ways of getting things done with the detail work.
