Sprinkler System Certificate of Fitness question

I have a NYFD F95 Certificate of Fitness and do the monthly inspection of the sprinkler system on my 3 family brownstone. As far as I understand, that along with the FDNY witnessed test every 5 years is all I have to do (replacing the annual test done by a plumber). I was told that the F95 is no longer the right certification (maybe replaced with a S12?). Does anyone know if this is true and if I need to get a different certificate? Does the FDNY roll the F95 into the new certification upon renewal or do I have to take the test? Thanks….
