Monthly Sprinkler Inspection Recommendation/Price?

Apparently we are required to hire a company to do monthly inspections of our sprinkler system. Can anyone recommend someone along with the monthly rate they charge for a contract? Many thanks.

And once you take the test — which I’m told is a bit like studying for the driver’s license exam — you keep a monthly log, and after that all you need is a plumber inspection once every five years.

You know you can do this yourself?  the FDNY issues what they call Certs of Fitness.  You can download the test material for the sprinkler inspection and from the FDNY Website and take the test and get a certificate.  The tests are given at 9 Metrotech facing Flatbush Ave.   What they are looking for is that you know where the valves on your system are (you will need a sketch), where they heads are, that the control valve is chained open, that you have a wrench and six heads on site.  Now the downside to doing this is you have no relationship with a vendor if you need any work done.  Allstate is another company.  Steve
