What kind of work is being done to the facade of the "Bushwick Leaders' High School"( formerly a Little Sisters of Mercy)

There is a scaffolding surrounding the Bushwick Leaders High School (formerly a Little Sisters of Mercy Bldg) located at Bushwick Ave and Dekalb Ave. I was wondering if anyone knows what kind of work they are doing.
