you may wish to call a fencing company. when I did ours here, I bought the pipes and joints and put a pair together and strapped chain link to them. I do believe HD sells a kit where you can make the frame for the gates and secure wood to them (which I may do here) so while you have the easy to assemble metal frame, you have a wooden privacy gate facing out to the street. we were lucky, I had my property line fence on one side to mount the gate to and a shed on the other, which I attached the pole to on which to mount the gate. if you have fences on either side to which to mount the gates, this is easy; maybe you can find a handyman to put something like this together for you. check what they have at HD.
