Fence common or limited common element

I live in a new condo in brooklyn and have a “limited common element” back yard. I have read through the by-laws several time but there is no mention of “fence”. Does anyone have experience with this issue or now where I can find a solution? It is a 6 ft wrought iron fence that is built on our property line- seperating us from the building next door. I would like to put up some privacy screening. Thank you in advance!
