Free Event for Families in Windsor Terrace

On Monday, October 10th from 9am-2pm Kings Bay Y at Windsor Terrace is having a free event open to the public. They’re welcoming everyone in the community for a “Fall Festival” at the Y’s  Indoor Playspace.  There will also be free facepainting!
