I know there is a strong anti brownstone painting contingent here, but I’m never ever going to pay 60,000$ to get our building re brownstoned. We’ve painted before, about 16 years ago and need to do it again. Does anyone have recommendations? I only want to hear from people who have had it done, not from people advertising for themselves. Also looking for same person to repoint brick in back of building. Thanks!

Call Millad. he has done our brick pointing 6 years ago and still look great. I am very satisfy with his work ethics and committment to the work. Instead of doing painting, why do not you do steam clean and brownstone repairing. That should not cost you too much. But if you need Milald to do painting or brownstone repairing he is good. Call him at 718-669-8305\. Currently, he is doing our backyard cement. Loving it. So far he has done marvelous job.

i had Brownstone Contractors who painted the entire front facade of my 4 story building. the guys were clean, quite efficient, and responsible.. i had positive experience  i would highly recommend them . (347) 708-9204
