We are moving to Cobble Hill and will have a gated, uncovered parking spot on Warren near Henry.  Is $300 a fair monthly rate to rent it?

For an outdoor lot, I personally think that is pricey. I paid $225 for a self-park, indoor garage on Bergen/Court. Granted that was 4 years ago, but still……..I think you can do better.
