Bought about 10 years ago at a flea market in Budapest, an antique of unknown date. It is very heavy brass with a white ceramic handle and a bit of white ceramic on the knobs (cold side is ringed with blue). Great piece for a vintage bathroom. Unfortunately I have no idea about compatibility.  We’re kind of idiots about plumbing and have made a mess of our own bathroom in the past. I imagine someone who really knows plumbing would be able to make it work, but we’ve never tried this piece.  It was bought on a whim years ago because it looked cool (and it was Europe! and a flea market!  so chic!) and had been in a storage closet taunting us ever since.  Someone should be able to give it a good home.  Here’s the Craigslist link that might work: http://newyork.craigslist.org/brk/mat/3329563337.html

Thanks for the info. It’s so weird but an ampersand is added to the end of the link. I just checked Craigslist and the actual link is the same as what is above with the addition of the &. Here it is again, but in .
