Scratching in the walls - need GOOD exterminator

Hello all – We’ve been hearing scratching in the walls but not seeing any critters. I want to get a good exterminator to come look at our place and the neighbor’s. I was looking through old recs and wondered if you all would mind weighing in. Empire? Alt Pest? Green Apple? RJS? Any votes? We want someone smart bc they may need to go through the wall. Bummer. Just to follow up – the winner for us was ERNIE at Alternative. He was really smart, thorough, nice, straight shooter and seemed to get to the bottom of the issue!!

I’ve used & liked Empire but sometimes also use NYC Pest Control who are also excellent.
