Recommendations for resealing outdoor porch floor

Hi–

We’re looking for recommendations for someone good who could reseal or refinish the floor of an outdoor porch. The porch was installed three years ago, but the original seal has weathered a great deal since then and, in some spots, has already worn off completely, leaving the wood unprotected and discolored. I believe the porch is made of mahogany and is about 450 square feet. If I had to guess, the porch needs to be screened then sealed again with something that will last longer this time around. (Other suggestions about what we should do are welcome.)

Any recommendations? Also, any ballpark estimates on how much something like this should cost, either total or on a square foot basis?

If it’s mahogany or Ipe, I’d sand off the remaining sealer and apply Penofin with a painters pad. It’s not a sealer but it will help protect the wood somewhat and have it looking great for a year or so. I’ve recently done mine this way and expect to re-apply every 1-2 years. It took about 45 minutes to do a 200sq.ft deck.
