Recommendations for adding shutters to exterior landmarked house

I would like to add exterior shutters to my front windows.  I have found a historic photo from 1927 supporting the addition of the shutters, so I am not too worried about Landmark approval.  That said, I will need to submit designs.  I also need to find someone for the installation and purchasing and would love a one-stop shop.  Any recommendations?  This is in Brooklyn Heights.

Consider http://www.shutterland.net. The cedar shutters are very affordable, and can be ordered pre-painted. You will then just need to find someone to install.

gurv I totally agree with you, exterior shutters are used from the acient period and it will surely increse the looks of our house plus it will save our home from dust and pollution.And, i will suggest you to buy shutters online, it will give you large choice to select from plus they provide you world class services in installation.

Any general contractor should be able to source the shutters once you’ve chosen the design and specified the materials. There are many good exterior shutter companies throughout the US. Look online and see who they recommend locally
