Exterior window caulk

I need to get the caulk on my rear windows stripped and recaulked. It’s two floors, and 8 windows in total. The guy I usually get to do my work is quoting $1600: $200 per window. Does this seem high, or reasonable? The house is in Prospect Lefferts Gardens. Thank you.

and i thought of something else here, if this guy is a real climber and does a lot of high work, his insurance will be pricey. he has to spread that cost over all jobs. i am not saying he won’t charge more for climbing higher, he might, but they basic costs to operate a business are applied equally to all as the cost is there either way. its not like renting a piece of equipment for one job and you tie the cost to that job.

climbing adds to the price. btw, insurance goes up for those of us who climb and i myself am restricted from going above 3 stories. this sounds ok; the lower windows are less and the higher ones more and it averages out.
