DOB Plan Exam Appointment Scheduling Online

Recently the DOB has hosted a forum with handpicked expediters (filing reps), and gave them access to their online appointment scheduling software to schedule appointments without calling 311.

Personally I think it’s not fair to give an advantage for one company/expediter over the other, and I also think it’s not legal for them to do it. But I’m not in the lagal industry, and I’d like to hear other’s input on this.

sounds like something you can file a suit for injunctive relief. Unfair competition, unjust enrichment are terms that come to mind, I would suggest contacting an attorney who would be willing to take a contingency fee, maybe a small class action?
