Handyman/Painter to get apartment ready for new tenants by December 1st

We have a two bedroom apartment that needs some small drywall patching, painting and other minor repairs. Two sheets of drywall and five gallons of paint on premises to get you started. Bring your own materials otherwise to tape off and protect flooring. Need you to go look at space and get back to me with a bid to finish job by Decemember 1st. We’ve been real happy with Andre and Phillip at Where to Get It Services with basic work like this both times we used them. They take pride in what they do. Just make sure to get everything specifically itemized on the bid/invoice because they’re better at handy work than paperwork. I never felt ripped off (or else I wouldn’t recommend them), but we’ve had some confusion over the bill.
