Restoration of Origingal Brownstone Front Doors and Stoop Metalwork, Repair of Facade

Has anyone used Vincent Battiloro of The Finest Brownstone Restoration for their front doors?  Please let me know what you thought of his work.  Or, if you have another recommendation, please pass that along.  Separately, we are looking for recommendations for repair of our brownstone facade and original metal stoop railings.  Thanks!

I have used Omar.  He stripped and refinished a mantel for me and did a great job.  I had another mantel to be done and his partner (forgot his name) came and told me that the wood wasn’t that good and to just save the money and paint it.  I have been to their workshop in the Navy Yard and they have a nice setup and are professional.  It seems to me that they are honest which is a rarity.

We used Millad for our facade and gut renovation. I got his information from here, he is a great person to work with. I am glad that I have had called him to do my house work. We became really good friend and his price are very good compare to others and his work is analogous to Malek and other contractor whom I called before calling Millad. Call him at 7186698305\. many of my neighbors have used him and they were happy with the result. But I think it’s a costly project.
