Our Doors are F'd

We are an 8 family, 4 floor walkup woodframe coop in North Brooklyn. The house is OLD. A big frustration is our entry doors. They constantly need to be adjusted to close properly and they contract and swell with the weather. I’m also the ground floor shareholder and I get a little crazy when the door slams shut when the weather changes. There has to be a better way. Our doors are F’d and I’m curious if its a matter of a better hydraulic system, a different paint/oil finish, SOMETHING! Are there ‘door’ people who deal specifically in this? Please share your experiences, they are needed for my F’d up doors. Thanks in advance.
