Looking for photos of dividing walls/doors between floors to add a tenant

I’m interested in photos/ideas for how to add a security wall/door between floors in order to bring on a tenant on a floor of a brownstone. We have someone adding a door at the bottom of our ground floor staircase so we can bring on a ground floor tenant and move our living space up a floor. This way we can use our ground floor hallway as common space with our tenant (who will enter their apartment using an old pocket sliding door to their unit) and can access the door to our cellar for storage (and add a keyed lock to the basement door). But we have a nice looking staircase that looks like it gets covered up by the divider and I feel as if there has to be a more artful way that doesn’t cost a ton. Our contractor said we should have a white-painted divider since we have orange wood and dark red wood (both pretty) and in lieu of adding a third wood color to compete he would match our white tin ceilings. Here are some pics of the beginnings. Any suggestions/pics of your own?

Make sure you do this legally – file with the Department of Buildings and get your Certificate of Occupancy changes to reflect the additional dwelling unit. Fines and headaches do not begin to cover potential income!

You can do the whole wall in bead board matching what you have, That’s what I would do.
