Adding a door to a metal rolldown gate?

Is it possible to add a single door entrance within a metal roll down gate (similar to one in photo)? Its just annoying to open and close it every time I want to get in or out and have no need for the whole thing to be open. Thanks all!

I have that set up in my warehouse. The roll up gate and door work perfectly well and independently.

I would guess the gate opens to the top of the door only, it could go all the way if they ran the guide up.
