3 family entry unit doors have to be firerated in NYC

I am looking to replace all my doors currenly they are metal to all the 3 units even though it’s 3 family i use it as one family. I would not like to change the 3 family since I might leave some day and might need to rent it out. Front door and basment is also metal I donot like the ugly metal door and was thinking about replacing them with nice thick wood entry doors is that allowed in NYC. I specifically ike to know if i could replace the 3 apt units with wood entry doors. This building has a sprinkler system on top of the entry stairs are, on all the hallways and in the basment entry way and in the basment for some reason but not inside the units if that helps.

FWIW, I don’t know the size of the doors that you need, but bignyc.org had some 36 inch RH and LH 90 min FR doors that Manhattan Door donated to them.. It might be worth it to check it out.
