it’s being scheduled by community board districts so it isn’t the full city this year. since so much has been shut down since March i think folks are just coming back around to realizing this needs to be done and it’s going to be a last-minute push for everyone.

Are there not a lot of multiple dwelling owners in this forum any longer?
I thought a new city law inspection that needs to be done by all MD owners in all boroughs, some by the end of this year, would have yielded a couple of recommendations and accounts or problems of getting it done.
I’m not complaining, just surprised.

plumber for LL 152 Gas Inpection
Hi there—
Does anyone have a recommendation to do the required Local Law 152 gas inspection? The plumber I usually use doesn’t do it. Need it done before the end of the year!Like

Not many Plumbing companies are offering this service due to the uncertainty and extremely high liability it is placing on them. I honestly do not have a recommendation I would give out for this, even for our own facilities we occupy!Like

My brother and I got certified to do the inspections but the process is confusing and the testing equipment is hardly available. It’s typical NYC slow-motion mess in the making.Like
