You can certainly find out what is allowed as of right — FAR, height, setbacks, etc. You need to know how the property is zoned, and then look at the zoning resolution (a mroe complicated task than it sounds, but you can do it). What you can;t know is whether, if a developer applied for a variance to build more than is allowed as of right, the request will be granted.

Hi, a bit of an unclear question. You don’t mention FAR – are you trying to find out if you can exceed the allotted Floor Area Ratio within your zoning designation?
