DOB Brooklyn has extended same day review to 5 examiners instead of the  usual 2\. Upside: More staff less wait. Downside: Some of the examiners now getting these jobs have a tendency to drag your job pretty long and therefore you have a 20% chance of getting him instead of only 5%.
