Coop seeks lisensed engineer or architect to review shareholder projects

We are a 10-unit century-old. Prospect Heights coop on Landmarked block seeking a licensed professional with knowledge of DOB and landmarks codes to review shareholder renovation projects on as needed basis to assess need for City filings and building impact.
