Large Waste Removal Contractor Needed

I am an architect on a small job in Williamsburg. The lot currently has an old freezer trailer on it, totally broken down and the wheels are sunken into the asphalt. It will probably need to be winched out, or lifted with a bobcat. I need it removed and carted to a scrap yard, and will need the chain link fence altered to get it out (an electric roll top gate will need to be replaced with two hinged sections of fence). I have a lot of comments on this sort of thing as I got stuck with the job of removing one from the back of a rental property my father owned at one time on LI.  it was a freezer from the back of a sealtest ice cream truck and it was not a beast to be reckoned with.  the walls were too thick for a true FD rescue saw to cut through (insulation between steel) and the thing weighed in tons.  I ended up calling a scrap yard – and while gershow sounds good because they can lift cars (the owner of gershow actually lived in the town where this freezer was- islip), I am not sure they will deal with the fence issue.  the scrap yard charged us a heap and my father who was relying on me for college payback was quite disappointed that he let me do anything but hard labor after high school.   people will come on here and suggest scrap collectors which are ok once you find someone with insurance to pull it from the property or cut it apart and get it out of your liability zone.  I have insurance and I am not offering myself up as I have been there and do not see the value in this – if you can convince me that I can sell it for 4K, I will jack it and remove it and fill the holes and do what everelse you want so long as it is legal and moral.   You need someone to cut it apart and that requires insurance.  that done and the pieces to the curb, you can call someone like miguel listed above.  in the end, the sealtest freezer that I dealt with in the mid 90’s (and would be worth a fortune on ebay now for the vintage sign on the side) left on the back of a very large flatbed auto hauler at many hundreds in cost and my father wondering why he ever let me return to Long Island as his guest.
