Tile Shops for designer tiles at discount price

I have a very small kitchen and bathroom. That I plan to retile. So I was looking to see if anyone new of a place that might sell closeout designer brand tiles at discount. Or a shop that sells  small over runs at discount. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Love Ann Sachs Tiles, Waterworks tiles etc. So looking for something like these.
