Structural Engineer for Victorian House

This is why it’s a good idea to use a licensed house inspector who is also an engineer. I have used Heimer; they are both. They charge $900 per inspection.

During the pre-purchase inspection of the house I’m trying to buy, the Inspector raised a potential concern with some structural elements, so I’d like to have a second opinion to assess the severity of the issue and discuss potential remediations.
