I wanted to recommend Eco Brooklyn as a great Green Building Consultant and insulation specialist. I am a developer with several properties, one of which had major heating a cooling issues. It has 24 apartments, and we were having a very hard time keeping the units hot in the winter and cool in the summer. There were water leaks, air leaks, drafts, and all sorts of other issues. With a building of that size we did not know where to effectively put our money. We didn’t want to spend tens of thousands of dollars to find out it didn’t work. We called Eco Brooklyn to help us and they were fantastic. They listened very carefully to the issues and inspected the building methodically. Their knowledge of insulation, air sealing, and many other technical issues really impressed me. They didn’t just come in and throw a solution at me. They worked very hard to find the best solution that fixed the problems within the budget we had. I also appreciated their ecological focus in terms of the products they specified. They were very educated on the greenest, least toxic materials. Once they laid out a plan and I approved it, they came in with a great team and strategically sealed up walls, air sealed doors, and insulated around key spots. They stayed within budget and schedule, which was amazing given we had to access so many tenants apartments. I feel they really knew where to look for the problems and knew how to fix them. My money went exactly to fixing the issues. They were very polite and professional with the tenants, some of whom were not easy to work around. But after talking with the crew of Eco Brooklyn the tenants were very cooperative and allowed them to work. I now have much happier tenants thanks to Eco Brooklyn.   If you need general green building consulting or specific air sealing and insulation help I highly recommend Eco Brooklyn. They really know their stuff!

Wow, a developer with several properties who has no idea where to turn, and two posts in two days from posters with no previous track record, both recommending Eco Brooklyn. I smell a shill.
