Contractors familiar with Concord Village

I need to renovate a 2br / 2 (very small) bath partment at CV. New kitchen, both bathrooms, floors, some electrical work; nothing has been touched in decades.  Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced contractor, familair with the co-op?  Thanks!!
