Ceiling repair

Hello 
I have   a ceiling to restore  due to water infiltration from Irene .
And have another ceiling that have molding and a medallion that i would love to keep that need to be redone  to.
I need someone professional

i know Gaby414  master builder if you look is profile you can see it  he is recommending himself for all kind of jobs. And most of the peoples on this reply That not the kind of person that i am looking for. I am looking for someone recommendation   on here not from a contractor .
