I know people there who are quite happy. all depends on what you like. 
What do you find ‘restrictive’?

I’m thinking of buying in Concord Village and am wondering what people’s experience has been like living there. Pros? Cons? I’ve heard varying things about the board and how restrictive they are. Any insights would be appreciated. Thanks.
