Looking for move-out cleaning service for townhouse (no hauling needed)

I’m hoping to get a recommendation for a good cleaning service–not a regular maid service but the kind of folks who clean out houses after the owner has left. The house is an estate condition four story townhouse. Nothing epically nasty or squalid, nor any major debris or carpet removal needed, in fact the house is mostly empty (squeaky clean in some places, decades of grot in others). We just want someone to scrub the fridge out etc. with a lot of elbow grease so it’s nice and livable pre-renovation. I’ve heard there is such a thing that brokers use before they stage vacant properties. Does anyone have any recommendations? Many thanks for any assistance on this!
