Need a new staircase for my cellar

I have had very good experiences with Julio (917) 214-9354\. He rebuilt all 3 staircases in hall, and this fall installed a new cellar staircase. Very nice work, not expensive.

Anyone have a good staircase person that can replace a very basic wooden staircase down to the cellar. It’s 10 steps. I do want a railing and some sort of spindles for safety reasons. I’m ok with having them fabricated on or off-site.  Thanks
