We are getting a coop apartment ready for move-in and need to find a contractor to rebuild the bathroom floor. There was major preexisting damage that led to the joists falling out of the beam and a noticeable slant in the floor. We have already done most of the demo, and can do the rest if need be. We’d like to do the work with the lightest touch possible.
