Need Local Law 10/99

Anyone know where I can get a copy of Local Law 10/99 Sprinklering of Residential Buildings? Somewhere online would be great, as I can’t find the actual law anywhere. Thanks for any help.

Thanks, I have that page also but that lays out the requirements for the building and fire code, and makes no mention of local law 10\. I needed to get the actual law for the plan examiner.
