CONDO BOARD MEMBERS LIST?

is there some official registration that can be obtained from public records such as ACRIS? DOB is questioning who signed my application as not a valid board member

There is no way DOB can know who is and ist a board member (well at least they couldn’t confirm in out building as we’ve had 3 changes in 4 years).

I have no idea if this will help, but HPD records may show some board members for coops.  I don’t think condos have to register but you could check out the site. http://167.153.4.70/HPDonline/provide_address.aspx Then on the next page, click on “Property Owner Registration Information” – it may list a couple of the Board members.

Wow, I have never seen that comment before.  I suppose the building manager will need to provide you the proof.
