UWS Exterior Brownstone Repair

With winter (finally) behind us, I need to do some modest exterior work to my UWS brownstone. The work is cosmetic, not structural. My building is in a Landmark area so we may need to get LPC approval. Can anyone recommend a contractor that they have worked with? Many thanks.
