Unattached brownstone requiring side exposure resurfacing

I want to share my positive experience with CTG construction company, the company just completed my brownstone bottom floor and the stoop. Three years ago the brownstone next door to the one I live in was torn down. The newly exposed side of the building was covered with some type of concrete/stucco combination, which is now cracking in places. A few spots now have holes where the brick underneath is visible as well.  I’m looking to have the stucco removed and then have the wall refinished with new concrete. I’ve received bids from Metro Renovations and Z. Abedin. Has anybody had experiences with either contractor?

We did some exterior waterproofing work which expanded to some additional concrete and stucco work.  We used George Haliotis (917) 589-4208 & georgio.x@gmail.com), he was pretty solid, I’ve recommended him on this forum before and others that have used him really liked his worked.  See what his quote looks like.  Happy searching!
