Recommendation for Obtaining a Rough Schematic of a Renovation?

I need to get a very rough schematic drawn for a possible townhouse gut renovation. As there is a decent chance the renovation may not even happen, I obviously don’t want to spend a lot on this. Can anyone recommend someone who can do this? Also, what should I expect to pay? Thanks.

There are many architects on this forum and I would think that most, myself included, would be happy to work with you on a schematic design. I won’t go into specifics about fees online, but for us, schematic design can be very open ended, so we generally provide an estimated number of hours to be billed at an hourly rate.
