Recommendation for a Contractor: Sherlock Homes

I would like to recommend Damian from Sherlock Homes Interior Corp. (sherlockhomesny@yahoo.com) for general contracting work and renovations.  Damian, Ivan, and Jimmy did a great job renovating our 3-bedroom apartment in Astoria.  We recently moved into a cooperative with strict rules and guidelines but Damian and his team were able to work with the management company to meet our expectations.   They promptly responded to our requests, for example, when we didn’t like the color of an accent wall, they painted over it.  They also worked with us to fix any pending issues we had.  When countertop delays occurred, they were willing to work on the weekends to meet the moving deadline. When we had an emergency electrical issue on a Friday night, Damian got back to us the same night and sent us an electrician early Saturday morning. This shows he and his team are willing to walk the extra mile for his clients.  I would recommend this team on future renovations as they were professional, timely, and easy going.  His price included several materials that other contractors would have charged extra for.
