Palone Brothers Heating and A/C

Is anybody else having trouble reaching Palone Brothers Heating and A/C? They installed our heat and it is not working (brand new). We have been trying to get in touch with them but they’re phone always gives a busy signal and emails are getting bounced?  Does anybody know what’s going on?
