Keim Products for Brownstone Repairs?

Hi all.  I saw that someone had mentioned a company called KEIM, which makes all sorts of masonry products.  I had a look at their site, and also spoke with someone from their local distributor, Cohalan.  The lady I spoke with (Mame) was super helpful, and made a convincing case.  Specifically, I would use their paint stripper to get the paint off my brownstone, their mortar repair product for patching the broken areas, and a vapor permeable coating that takes the place of the standard painting approach, and actually bonds to the stone, rather than trapping moisture.  She made it clear that their products aren’t cheap, but neither is re-patching in 5 years.  Does anyone have experience using KEIM products on brownstone?   If so, what are your thoughts? I was also told about a similar patching product called “Mimic” from a company called Conproco.  Has anyone used that?
