There are many short sales and reo owned properties in Bed Stuy.  Many of these are the flip job heavily advertised on this site.

A skeptical / realist answer – probabally not because there are few short sales in nyc, since many areas are at, near or over peak comps.  This guy was quoted in a NYT acticle on the recent speed up requirement of short sales, if it were me i’d call him, explaint he situation and if he could recommend someone.    http://www.linkedin.com/in/pjgoodman
