General and subcontractors for fixing a water damaged apartment

I have a property in Rockaway Beach, NY that was damaged by flood water from Hurricane Sandy. It involved demo, air out, mold treatment prevention and complete renovation of first floor (kitchen, bath, living room, dining room and garage). Replacment of all electrical, heating units, ac condensers, hwh, plumbing, sheet rock, doors, tile flooring, entire kitchen and bath. All work was done on time, on budget (extremely reasonable and worked with me to meet my budget limits) by Damian Sherlock and his great team (Ivan and Jimmy on construction and Vee and his crew on plumbing and electrical) at Sherlock Homes Interior corp. Note: this is the second time I have utilized the services of Sherlock Homes Interior and should I need any other contracting work in the future, Sherlock Homes Interior will be the first call I make!

We just had our apartment flooded from a main pipe that some workers hit in the unit above.  Water mitigation is in process, and looking to bring in contractors to give us quotes on the damage and work that’ll need to be done….so far looks like walls, floors, electrical.  Anyone recently work with general and/or subcontractors whos quality they were really happy with?
