Facade & stoop update / repair

We bought a house in Gowanus/ South Slope that sadly had been stripped of every detail.  We are now finally looking at adding some back to the outside & I am not sure where to start.  It is a brick front building and we would like to put simple window casings and cornice around the windows.  We also need to repair our leaky stoop, replace the railings with more original looking iron (they are stainless steel now), reframe our front door and the garden level door.  Anyone have recommendations on who to use for any of this?  Anyone want to guess what it would cost?  3 story building.  Thanks!

Anthony the Mason.. 347 307 4725.  He has done many water repair project for the brownstoner community.  Came very well recommended on this site.  We had a wonderful experience with him.  He repaired water leaks and damanges to our brownstone steps as well as restored our railing.  We are very satisfied with his service.
