Estimate for water damage

Apologies for asking a question that has probably been asked before.  I am trying to buy a brownstone and water damage occurred between our inspection and signing the contract.  We can see cracked plaster, bubbles in paint in ceiling, and a stain on the hardwood floor, but don’t know what we aren’t seeing, like possible mold or other damage…Anyone have any recommendations for someone to take a look and provide an estimate of the cost to fix?  Thanks in advance!

While the issues you raise are important, more important would be establishing why there was any water damage – bricks need pointing, roof needs repair, main waste is defective?  Archives have recommendations of engineers.
