Does anyone have experience with Metro Construction?

Metro worked on our brownstone facade. He took care of the LPC and DOB permits as well as insurance papers. Work finished on time, besides, he has excellent team of stone mason and carpenters. Guys are very  authentic with rebuilding ornamental details.

We just got a bid on redoing the brownstone and the front stoop on our house from M. Hasan…. would appreciate any comments pro or con from people who have experience of their work.

We used Metro for  refinishing job on our house about 5 years ago .  The job included  redoing the brownstone on the stairs as well as removing paint from the bricks and repointing them.                              I could not recommend them to anyone.  As well as not keeping to the agreed to schedules Hassan was very rude to me.  He seems to have a problem dealing with women and would not speak with me unless he had to (like if my husband was not at home).  There was a problem with one of the steps chipping within 6 months of the job and he accused us at least 4 times of using rock salt on the steps (we didn’t ). After  two and a half years he finally repaired the step but not after at least twenty plus phone calls. There are many other companies doing the same work.  I would recommend using one of them!
