Contractor recommendation: Chris Lombardi

I posted a recommendation for Chris last year for his work on my bathroom renovation but after he finished our living room which was a completely different type of project I wanted to post again. Plus we’ve finally finished everything which means we won’t need him again until we get bored. Our living room was lacking in character given the removal of the original mantle and the hiding of the crown moulding behind an unfortunate curved ceiling with no end to ceiling/start of the wall. Plus we had an awful door to the hallway which was falling to pieces. Chris was great – helped me find the perfect crowns to mimic the original, didn’t panic when half the ceiling fell down. Installed a period mantle and built beautiful new doors to replace the old nasty ones. He just finished on our basement which is the last part of our house so I think I’m safe to recommend him again given we have nothing left to do now. sorry no idea how to rotate the photos Chris Lombardi
