Certificate of Non-harrassment Timing Question
What is a reasonable time period, start to finish, to obtain a certificate of non-harrassment provided everything is very clean (can demonstrate owner occupied for well over 3 years). What is the shortest amount of time and what is the longest amount of time people have seen in these crcumstances. Is there anyway to accelerate the process?

It’s been six years since we went through this but we got ours done in three months but that was with some pretty serious string pulling. You should brace yourself for the good chance that it could take up to twice as long as that, unless they’ve improved the process since then. If memory serves, there was only one inspector for the entire city when we went through it!
